Prayers for Japan
It is easy to let the pain and suffering of others go quickly by, especially when it happens continents away.
I would like to take a moment to put my thoughts and prayers out there for the people of Japan and or brothers and sisters in their martial arts community. May god be with you and may the difficult times quickly fade into memory as you begin the daunting task of rebuilding and reliving!

Me too...they are definitely in my thoughts and prayers...such beautiful and spiritual people...I can't believe this is happening to them...the photos this morning in the paper look like they had a nuclear blast...and now radiation..OMG! awful ....

Absolutely. It's a terrible disaster and it's been weighing on my mind. May God ease their suffering and help them recover.
